The Chicago Bulls got their season off to a good start. They won their season opener against the San Antonio Spurs at home, 92-85. Bulls' Coach Vinny Del Negro says he isn't happy with the team's 42-percent shooting percentage, but defense made up for it.
DEL NEGRO: I thought we had some good looks to knock them down. I was pleased with some of the other things we did, though, defensively and pushing the tempo when we had it. Still would like us to play a little bit faster.
Some of the Bulls' players say beating the tough San Antonio team gives them confidence going into tonight's matchup when they play at Boston. Tip-off is 7:00.
